is a label for the framework where the mind is made up of subpersonalities called IDs. Each may have its own unique name, viewpoints, gender, pronouns, personality, voice/tone, etc. Each ID sees the others as separate people, different from itself, in varying extents.It's important to note that the IDs can share memories with each other. IDs can withhold information from each other to varying degrees but never to the point of a blackout.

✦ Why did you create SeunusID?
The label was created to help me name the experience that im going through. The framework was created to cope with personal trauma and difficulties in life. It is shared here for the people who may find the seunusID label as useful and helpful to use for themselves.

✦ What do you mean by SeunusID is a synonym for Polymind and IFS when Polymind and IFS are not the same?
Seunusid, Polymind, and IFS all agree that you are not just one self, but a collection of many subpersonalities or parts. These parts can talk to each other, share their own memories, and deeply affect how you feel and act.Despite coming from different backgrounds (personal, psychological, or community-based), they share the same core framework and understanding.

✦ Is SeunusID counted as plural?
SeunusID was coined to be something that can stand on its own and be seperate from plurality and the plural community.-----

✦ What is/are the difference between CDD alters and SeunusID IDs?
CDD (complex dissociative disorders such as DID and OSDD) alters have dissociation and amnesia, some Alters may have blackouts or greyouts. IDs do not have dissociation, amnesia, or black-outs especially amnesia between IDs.-----

✦ Isnt it harmful to seperate your personalities/identity?
so far i havent found any credible sources saying its harmful (thats not because of CDD or BPD splitting). If ever i am wrong in this and there are credible sources proving it is harmful for everyone, please contact me.-----

✦ How do you identify IDs?
I believe its different from IDcollective to IDcollective, but what works for me is:
- they are different. may they have a different name, age, personality traits, or just the feeling they arent you.
- it is helpful to you somehow to identify them as an ID. May it be to help cope with trauma, to help with struggles, it comforts you, or it just brings you happiness.both are important aspects to me for identifying or distinguishing an ID.-----_{for anymore questions, please feel free to contact me to ask. A term inspired by Internal Family Systems Therapy. this is an alternate term for IDcollective. please note that the entire term is "IDsystem", please never leave out the ID- prefix.Collective Self: An identity that all IDs feel represented by.Characterization: Seeing or treating an ID like an OC or original character. Perse-: A prefix to tell from what or why an IDcollective formed.Persecoping: An IDcollective that was formed to cope from trauma or a traumatic event.Persecomfort: An IDcollective that was formed to comfort other IDs or minds.Persefun: an IDcollective that was formed for fun.Persevoid: An IDcollective who's origin is unknown.

Ego-: A prefix that tells why or from what an individual ID was formed.Egocoping: An ID that was formed to cope with trauma or a traumatic event.Egocomfort: An ID that was formed to comfort other IDs. This can be to comfort a single ID or many IDs.Egofiction: An ID that was formed or is based off a fictional character/creature.Egoanimalis: An ID that is based off an animal.Egochild/egoteen: An ID that is based off a younger version of the collective self or just an ID with a young age.Egoconcept: an ID based off a concept.Egosong: an ID based off a song.Egocolor: an ID based off a color.Egovoid: An ID whos origins is unknown.

Amalgamation ID: an ID that takes an existing external identity and integrates it into their own identity. the external identity they take on is called "vessels".Splinter: An ID that has limited personality/inclusions due to originating from a cycle.Main: The main ID who is present most of the time.TransientID: A temporary ID that only lasts for a short time.Lumikha ID: an ID that creates other IDs. Based on the filipino word--Lumikha, meaning "to create".

✦ Cycle Types
Cycle: an act of redistributing an ID's traits into a new ID. Note that not all collectives will cycle. It is still unknown weither or not cycling is a harmful act in every collective.Crebercycle: An IDcollective that frequently cycles or frequently creates new IDs.Raruscycle: An IDcollective that rarely cycles or rarely creates new IDs after their initial distinction.Nevercycle: an IDcollective that does not have any ID added to their count since their initial distinction.Trabeacycle: an IDcollective that is between crebercycle and raruscycle. where they may go on periods cycling/creating IDs frequently and also periods where they rarely create or cycle IDs. It may also be that their creation/cycle frequency is in between rarely and frequently.

✦ ID Separation Types
describes how much an ID feels "not me".Low Seperation / Proximal ID
-an ID with less than 60% separation from the lumikha ID. This can be described as "feels like me" by the lumikha ID.High Seperation / distal ID
-an ID with more than 60% separation from the lumikha ID. This can be described as "feels not me" by the lumikha IDMid-Seperation / liminal ID
- an ID with 50% separation from the lumikha ID. the midpoint between a distal ID and proximal ID. This can be described as "feels like not me and me at the same time" by the lumikha ID
